Cross Country
All participants will learn about the basics of distance training concepts, the importance of nutrition, and the value of weight and core training for distance running. The basis of our instruction is consistency through a TEAM concept to achieve personal bests and have fun! All ability levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. This is a lifelong rewarding, and healthy activity for kids of all ability levels. All participants will receive a camp t-shirt.
